摘要
目的:探讨CO_2激光照射与MEBO联合治疗阴茎部尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:观察102例阴茎部尖锐湿疣病人,治疗先运用CO_2激光气化治疗尖锐湿疣病灶,烧灼后创面外涂MEBO。结果:102例患者全部痊愈。术后未服用镇痛药;创面一期愈合;经随访未发现遗留瘢痕。结论:CO_2激光照射与MEBO联合治疗阴茎部尖锐湿疣。使用方便,效果满意。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of carbon dioxide laser in association with MEBO for treating penis pointed condyloma. Method： 102 cases of this disease were treated first with carbon dioxide laser gasification therapy and then treated locally with MEBO. Result： All the patients were cured. No analgesic drug was needed. All the wounds healed by 14 intention. After followed up, none had scar formation. Conclusion： Carbon dioxide laser in association with MEBO is very efficacious in treating penis pointed condyloma. It is easy to apply.
