大学生助学贷款的博弈分析

Game Analysis of Helping-study-loan for Undergraduates

助学贷款本是一项利国利民的政策,但这项政策却遭受了空前的信用危机。文章通过对学生和银行的行为进行博弈分析,认为纯粹靠道德等内在诚信来约束学生的还贷是无用的,必须建立起一套完整的外在诚信约束机制。文章还设计了助学贷款的“三维”被迫诚信机制,以明确助学贷款中政府、银行、贫困生家庭和借款学生的权责和义务。

Helping- study- loan is a pohcy that is useful for our country and people,but this pohcy meets the crisis of trust .In this paper, the author analyses the acts of student and bank through game theory,and thinks that it is no useful to restrict the student to return the helping - study - loan only through inner trust, such as morality. It should build a full set of restrict system of outer good trust. The author also plans a three- D forced honesty mechanism. It is used to make clear the right and obligation of governor bank poor student＇ s family and student in helping- study- loan.
