摘要
人类白细胞抗原B27是一种I类组织相容性复合体（MHC）基因，即人类白细胞抗原基因，其表达产物即HLA-B27抗原分子。HLA-B27是第一个被发现的人类某一疾病与一种MHC分子相关的抗原。1973年由Brewerton报道了HLA-B27与强直性脊柱炎（AS）的密切相关性。HLA-B27是脊柱关节疾病病闲及发病机制的关键。
