广东科技人力资源的配置现状及对策研究

An Investigation of the Current Disposition of Scientific and Technological Human Resources and Counter-measures

广东省科技人力资源配置中存在科技人才密度低、总量规模与发展要求不相适应、高层次科技人才和高技能人才严重不足、创新能力不足、可持续发展人才供给能力不足和全省各地科技人才分布不均衡等问题,有必要优化广东省科技人力资源配置的路径选择。

The authors of this article make an analysis of the current disposition of scientific and technological human resources,point out its drawbacks of low density of scientists and technicians,of unbalance between whole scale and the requirement of development;of serious shortage of high-level scientists and technicians;of lack of creativity;of shortage of talented personnel and unbalanced disposition of scientists and technicians in the province.Based on this investigation,they put forward relative suggestions and countermeasures.
