撤销轻微犯罪案底是对罪犯所采取的一种人性化的教育和改造措施,这种措施不但实现了强迫罪犯服刑所无法实现的教育效果,而且在其他方面也具有重大的影响和意义。撤销轻微犯罪案底的法案自2005年10月17日在新加坡实施以来,在实践中取得了很好的效果。因此,研究撤销轻微犯罪案底举措在我国的适用,对我国的人性化执法是大有裨益的。

Canceling the misdemeanor records is a measure of humane education and reforming for a criminal. This measure can not only realize the effect what a criminal serving a sentence can＇ t achieve, but also do great to any other aspects relevant. Since this measure was enforced in Singapore on October 17th, in 2005, this crime record bill has been achieving a lot. Consequently, researching how to enforce this bill in our country, is important and urgent to our country＇s humane enforcement in practice.
