当前,公安机关正凭借其先进的系统和强大的网络实现无纸化办公,在此过程中必然产生大量的电子文件。公安文件管理的无纸化,即电子文件的管理,关键在于确保该类文件的真实性、完整性和安全性。
At present, paperless working in the police station will come into existence by making use of advanced systems and powerful nets, inevitably producing large quantities of electronic documents. ＇Paperlessness＇ of police documents means replacing paper files by electronic ones, crucially to insure truthfullness, wholeness, and safety of the documents.
