Objective Analyzing care compensation cases and the legal responsibility and consequences, which hospital may face to, for the purpose to handle the disputes properly and reduce the loss for medical compensation to the minimum. Method Through careful study of medical treatment disputes. Result The hospital and patient properly resolve their disputes in court under the auspices of two sides. Condusion Identified by the medical liability, suggesting that care workers should earnestly implement the laws and regulations of the country, clinical and operating rules to comply with a statutory obligation, in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients.
