摘要
目的探讨改良腹壁整形术的应用及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析26例腹壁松弛患者的临床情况、治疗及预后。结果手术治疗腹壁松弛患者26例，效果均较满意。腹部较术前平坦，腹侧曲线得到改善；皮瓣基本完整成活，瘢痕不显著。结论结合患者自身条件及各种手术方法的特点选择手术方案，术中防止大量出血，术后预防皮瓣坏死或切口裂开，可以达到较好的效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and therapeutic results of the upgrade in abdominoplastys,and to find out the prevention of complications and better operation method. Method Twenty-six patients with abdomen relaxation were studied. The clinical setting, treatment and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 26 patients had good results. The abdomen were flatter,gaster-curve were improved,flap took completely,cicatricle were no obvious, the effect were satisfactory. Conlusions The new techniques should be selected according to the conditions of the patients and features of multiple approaches, may have statistically good result.
