摘要 研究了温度因素对UASB反应器处理低浓度有机废水运行工况的影响.试验采用已经启动成功并运行稳定的UASB反应器,在不同基质种类、浓度和停留时间下共运行了6个阶段,观测了不同温度对反应器工况的影响.试验结果表明:温度的变化与反应器内的污泥活性表现出一定的相关性,当外界温度在15℃以上时,反应器的处理效果受外界温度变化影响不大;温度对处理效果的影响主要是因为低温下产酸菌和产甲烷菌代谢速率失衡而破坏体系内酸碱平衡环境而造成的. The influence of the temperature on the performance of UASB ( upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) reactor treating low strength organic wastewater was studied. A stable UASB reactor was used in the six-stage experiment to observe the influence of temperature on the reactor. It was found that there were some relativities between the changes of temperature and activities of sludge in the reactor. Temperature fluctuations could not influence removal efficiency remarkably when the temperature was higher than 15 ℃. The factors, which mainly affect the removal efficiency, were that the metabolic balance was destroyed between acid formation bacteria and methanorgenic bacteria.
