摘要
目的了解西宁市社区卫生管理者参加社区卫生管理培训的效果。方法遵循英国国际发展部(DFID)项目总监督评估小组确定的公正、适度、有效的评估原则,采取问卷调查等方式对西宁市UHPP项目社区卫生管理者的培训情况进行现况调查。结果学员对培训教师评价较高。84.2%的学员认为培训教师的教学手段生动或较生动,99.7%的学员认为教师对授课内容熟悉或较熟悉,87.0%的学员认为本次教学方式好或较好,所有学员均认为培训效果好,对本次培训满意。结论培训对转变学员们的服务意识、更新社区卫生服务管理理念起到了重要作用,极大地促进了西宁市社区卫生服务工作的发展,但培养中仍存在一定问题,需在今后的培训中加以注意。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the training for the public administrators in Xining, Methods Basing on just, appropriate and efficient principle of evaluation regulated by project monitoring and evaluation team of UK Department for International Development (DFlD) , a questionnaire survey on the training for the health administrators responsible for the UHPP project in Xining was conducted through questionnaires. Results The trainees spoke highly of the instructors. 84. 2 % of the trainees considered the teachers' instruction means are vivid or relatively vivid, 99.7 % considered the teachers are good or relatively good at the instructive contents, and 87.0 % considered the teaching model is good or relatively good. All trainees believed the training effect is good and they were quite satisfied with the training course. Conclusion The training has greatly altered the trainee's service awareness and renewed their concept of the public health service administration; therefore, it significantly promotes the development of the community health service in Xining. Nevertheless there still some problems in training program, which needs attention in training later on.
