Progress of Research of Nanochrystalline TiO_2 Thin Film

摘要 为了对纳米TiO2薄膜做进一步的研究和扩大它的应用范围,介绍了纳米TiO2薄膜特性、主要制备方法和应用现状,最后结合目前纳米TiO2薄膜的研究情况,提出了今后有待解决的问题。 Theproperties, current preparing methods and applications of the captioned film are reviewed. Some existing problems are pointed out.
