摘要
介绍了PA66浸胶帘子布卷绕机接压控制系统的工作原理,分析了系统控制单元的作用,改进了接压控制系统。提高卷绕夹头上的初始压力,由9.8×10^5Pa提高到2.94x10‘Pa;对原有的直线型压力补偿改进为离散曲线化补偿;优化卷取参数,采用修正系数调节接压力随布卷直径的关系。接压控制系统改进后,帘子布卷取成型率从98.2%提高至98.9%,返卷率由1.8%降至1.1%。
The working principle of contact pressure control system of PA66 tire cord winding machine was introduced. The function of the system control unit was analyzed. The contact pressure control system was innovated. A series of innovation measures were conducted as followed: increasing the initial pressure of the winding head from 9.8 × 10^5 Pa to 2.94×10^6 Pa, applying the discrete curve compensation instead of linear pressure compensation, optimizing the winding parameters and introducing the correction coefficient to regularize the relationship between contact pressure and winding diameter. After the innovation of the con- tact pressure control system, the winding formation rate of tire cord was increased from 98.2% to 98.9% when the rewinding rate was decreased from 1.8% to 1.1%.
