EB病毒感染与多发性硬化症关系的研究

Study of relationship between EBV infection and multiple sclerosis

目的了解多发性硬化症（multiple sclerosis，Ms）患者EB病毒（EB virus,EBV）感染情况。方法收集26例临床确诊为MS患者的脑脊液（CSF）及26例正常对照组的CSF，应用ELISA法检测CSF中EBV特异的IgG的产生，并采用PCR技术检测MS患者CSF中EBV的DNA。结果在26例临床确诊为MS患者的CSF中发现IgG增高百分率为76．9％（20／26），EBV—DNA阳性率为94．6％（24／26）。结论MS患者CSF中普遍存在EBV感染情况。

Objective To investigate the infectious condition of epstein-barr virus（EBV） in the patients of multiple sclerosis（MS）. Methods The CSF samples of 26 MS patients and 26 normal people were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） for EBV-IgG. EBV DNA was tested by polymerase chain reaction （PCR） in CSF of MS patlents and matched normal controls. Results The phenomena of increasing EBV-IgG and positive EBV-DNA were observed in CSF of most patients who were definitely diagnosed as MS. The increasing rate of EBV IgG was 76：93 % （20/26）. Positive rate of EBV-DNA was 94.6 % （24/26）. Conclusion EBV infection is comroon in CSF of MS patients.
