基层医院麻醉的分析

Analysis of anesthesia in the primary hospital

目的探讨出诊基层医院麻醉的特点，总结经验教训，提高出诊麻醉的安全性。方法对1993年至2006年之间出诊海南各基层医院53例麻醉记录行回顾性分析。结果急诊手术26例，择期手术27例，术前评估不足7例，术前准备不足25例，术中抢救5例，麻醉设备故障3例。结论出诊基层医院麻醉的风险与患者病情，术前准备，环境及麻醉抢救设备等因素有关。

Objective To investigate characteristics of visiting anesthesia of primary hospital： Sum up experiences and lesson to improve the safety of visiting anesthesia. Methods 53 cases of record of visiting anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed from 1993 to 2006 in primary hospital of Hainan. Results 26 cases were emergency operation,27 cases were elective operation. The preoperative evaluation of 7 cases were not enough. The preoperative preparation of 25 caess were not enough. 5 cases were rescued. Anesthetic equipment didn＇t work normally in anesthesia of 3 cases. Conclusion The risks of visiting anesthesia are interrelated to the conditions of patients,preoperative preparation, environment and others factors on anesthetic equipment in the primary hospital.
