Superficial Analysis of Structure and Development Trend of Mast and Substructure of Middle and Deep Depth Land

介绍了目前4000～7000m陆地钻机常用的井架底座结构形式，指出中深井钻机井架底座的发展方向是液压缸起升、模块化设计、井架和顶驱一体化设计，与先进的钻机移运技术相结合，减轻质量、提高移运性、减少安装工作量和安装时间。并对发展我国新型液压旋升式井架底座提出了建议。

The article mainly introduces the structure models that are generally used among current 4 000- 7 000 m land rig. This article points out that the developing trend of the middle and deep depth land electric drilling rig mast and substructure is of hydraulic cylinder raising; it is also pointed out that in order to lighten the weight, improve the mobility, reduce the installation period and labor force, the modularized design, mast and top drive integral design and advanced rig mobile technology should be implemented. At the same time, the author has given comments on developing the new generation of hydraulic swing-up mast and substructure.
