摘要
通过现场测试和检查,对示范区内经过优化后的各种不同类型抽油机的运行状况进行了分析和评价,结果是摩擦换向式、皮带式抽油机的平均系统效率分别为39.92%和34.45%,摆杆式、双驴头式分别为29.38%和28.30%,常规游梁式抽油机的平均系统效率最低为25.62%;常规型抽油机冲次最高为3.69次/min,摩擦换向式抽油机冲次最低为2.30次/min。
From the test and examination, the running condition of optimized pumping unit in the model area has been analyzed and evaluated. The conclusion is that the mean system efficiency of frictional direction-changed pumping unit and belt pumping unit is 39.92% and 34.45% respectively, that of swing-rod pumping unit and double-horse head pumping unit is 29.38% and 28. 30% respectively; conventional beam pumping unit has the lowest mean system efficiency which is 25.62%; at the same time, it has the highest frequency of stroke which is 3.69/min, while frictional direction-changed pumping unit has the lowest frequency of stroke which is 2.30/min.
