钻铤粘螺纹原因分析及试验研究

The Failure Analysis and Study of Drilling Collar Thread-Stick

对钻铤粘螺纹事故进行了调查研究,并进行了宏观形貌和材质分析;对新钻铤材质和螺纹参数进行了检验,并采用不同旋螺纹扭矩对新钻铤试样进行了上卸螺纹试验。通过试验分析,认为钻铤材质和螺纹加工质量合格,钻铤粘螺纹与钻铤材质和加工质量无关,其主要原因是井队操作不当所致。

The study on drilling collar screw-stick, analysis of drilling collar screw thread and test of material and thread parameter have been done. A new test method of thread for drilling collar is adopted. Through test and analysis, material of drilling collar and thread machining are qualified. The failure of thread stick has nothing wrong with drilling collar and thread machining, it is only cause by uncorrected operation on site.
