摘要
针对东辛油田采用Y221—115型封隔器总成在螺杆泵生产中存在坐封难度大，坐封不可靠，检泵周期短等现状，设计了一种新型的螺杆泵专用锚定器，简述了其结构及工作原理。经现场应用，该锚定器具有施工简便、锚定可靠等优点，锚定成功率达100％，油井平均检泵周期延长2～3倍。
For the use of Y221-115 sealing-separator integration in Dongxin oilfield, it is difficult to do seatsealing and the sealing result is unreliable, also the pump inspection periods is relatively short in screw pumping production. In view of this actuality, a new type anchor especially for screw pumps is designed, and its mechanical structure and working principle are discussed. Through some on-site application, it is shown that the anchor is easy to operate and the anchoring effect is more reliable. The success rate of anchoring reaches 100%, and the average pump inspection period of oil wells is extended to 2 -3 times of that before.
