摘要
结合征地补偿中存在的问题,对外部规律性进行了分析,阐述了征地补偿经常忽视的几个问题,探讨了外部性影响在征地补偿中处理的方法,为合理利用土地资源资产提供依据。
According to the problems existed in compensation for land expropriation external regularity is analyzed. Several problems frequendy neglected in land expropriation compensation are pointed out; at the same time corresponding treatment methods are discussed to deal with impact of externality in order to provide references for land utilization.
