摘要
结合工程实践,确定了实施安全防护的重点,介绍了安全组织机构,制定了安全管理制度及办法,阐述了安全技术措施,以顺利完成既定安全目标,创造安全工作环境,杜绝不安全因素。
Combined with practical work the important aspects for safety protection are determined. The setting of safety organization department and system and method establishment for safety management are introduced as well as related technical measures to realize objective and create safe working environment.
