摘要
本文设计了一种新型测量仪,它用离子敏场效应晶体管(ISFET)作为传感器来测量离子浓度。当用户使用H+敏感膜时,就可以确定溶液的pH值。文中给出了以PIC16F877芯片为控制核心的硬件组成方框图、软件主程序流程图、控制电路和传感器信号处理电路原理图。最后以青霉素效价测量为例,给出实验方法和结果。该仪器可和上位机进行通信,具有体积小、动态响应快、可靠性高、稳定性好、线性测量范围宽和实时性好等特点,且具有良好的性能价格比。
A novel instrument was designed. It uses ion-sensitive field effect transistor(ISFET)as its sensor for ionic concentration measurement. Through hydrogen ion ISFET, pH can be measured exactly. The block diagram of its hardware,which was based on PIC16F877 chip, and software main flowchart were given out. Its schematic circuit diagrams of the control and sensor signal process were designed. Taking the penicillin determination for example, the method and result of the experiment were offered. This instrument can communicate with computer. It is smaller one and it has such characteristics as faster dynamic response, higher reliability and stability, wider range of linear measurement and better real time,and the cost performance is good.
