摘要
拉制光纤用的石英玻璃管需要测量多种参数,其中最主要的参数是玻璃管的外径、壁厚和弯曲度等。本文研制的同步测量系统采用线阵CCD的机械拼接和双驱动同步运动机构实现对大口径、宽壁厚石英玻璃管的非接触测量,在计算机软件的作用下测量系统能够自动完成对石英玻璃管多种参数的同步测量。本文介绍了同步测量系统的机械结构、电路设计、测量原理和软件设计流程。测量结果证明,该系统不但能测量玻璃管的外径壁厚等常用参数,而且解决了一般方法难以测量的弯曲度参数;测量参数的精度达到10μm。与其他方法相比,该测量法提高了测量精度,扩大了测量参数的范围。
Many parameters of glass pipe are needed to be measured, among which are the outer radius, thickness and bend degree. The synchronous measurement system can achieve non-contact measurement of big radius and thickness of silicon glass. With the help of computer software, synchronous measurement of various parameters can be made. The mechanical structure, electronic circuit design, measurement principle and software design flowchart were presented. The measurement results prove that the system can not only measure ordinary parameters, such as thickness, it can also measure bend degree which can not be done by common method. The measurement accuracy reaches 10 μm. Compared with other methods, it advances the measurement precision and expand the scope of the measurement parameters.
