超宽桥面部分斜拉桥施工控制

摘要 柳州三门江大桥主桥为(100+160+100)m 双塔双索面三跨部分斜拉预应力混凝土箱梁桥,桥面宽41m,居同类型桥梁国内第一。介绍该桥悬臂施工中采用的控制方法和施工控制主要内容,重点介绍了施工过程中主梁变形、斜拉索索力的测试和控制及主梁截面应力、索塔变形的监测。工程实践表明,该施工控制方法合理,取得了满意的控制结果,为同类型桥梁的施工控制提供了参考。 The main bridge of Sanmenjiang bridge in Liuzhou, 100 + 160 + 100 m in length, is a 3-span partial cable - stayed prestressed concrete box beam bridge with two pylons and double cable planes. Its width is 41 m. This width is the widest in China among the same kind of bridges. This paper presents methods and main contents of construction control for the bridge during cantilever construction, and puts emphases ~n test and control of Order deformation and cable force, surveillance of girder section stress and pylon deformation during construction process. This practice of engineering proved this construction control method was reasonable, control results were satisfactory. The experience can be referred by similar bridge construction control.
