摘要
本文用窦主动脉去神经家兔研究了脊髓α受体在动脉血压和交感神经活动调节中的作用。结果发现:窦主动脉去神经家兔脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射酚妥拉明或育享宾,引起动脉血压下降、肾交感神经活动减少;注射哌唑嗪引起肾交感神经活动增加。提示脊髓中内源性儿茶酚胺对交感节前神经元的兴奋作用是通过脊髓α2受体实现的,而对交感节前神经元的抑制作用是通过脊髓α1受体现实的.
The effects of the spinal intrathecal injection of α-adrenoceptor blockers on arterial pressure and sympathetic nerve activity were studied in rabbits with bilateral sinoaortic denervation. The spinal intrathecal injection of phentolamine or yihombine decreased mean arterial pressure and discharge of renal sympathetic nerve,while prazosin increased discharge of renal sympathetic nerve. These results suggeste that the exitation of preganglionic neurons induced by norepinnephrine is mediated by the spinal α2-adrenoceptors and the inhibition of preganglionic neurons induced by norepinnephrine is mediated by the spinal α1-adrenoceptors.
