摘要
运用环糊精包合技术提高了难溶性药物伊曲康唑的溶解度及体外溶出速率。通过饱和水溶液包合技术分别制备伊曲康唑溶液和固体分散物,考察了伊曲康唑溶液及其固体分散物的溶出特性。体外溶出结果表明,固体分散物能显著提高药物在人工胃液中的溶出度。
The cyclodextrin inclusion technique is employed to improve the solubility of itraconazole in water and the dissolution rate of itraconazole in vitro. The different cyclodextrins and molar ratios are chosen to optimize the prescription. The oral solution and solid dispersion of itraconazole included by cyclodextrin are prepared, respectively. The properties of dissolution and solid dispersion of itraconazole are investigated. The results of dissolution in vitro demonstrate that the solid dispersion significantly prompts the dissolution of itraconazole in water. Cyclodextrin inclusion technique can remarkably improve the solubility of itraconazole in water and the dissolution rate of itraconazole in vitro.
