位置敏感探测器(PSD)信号调理电路的改进

Development of Position Sensitive Detector Signal Processing Circuit

分析了PSD模拟信号调理电路本身固有的缺点,针对其缺点提出了通过软件法代替信号调理电路中的数学运算部分。同时,基于该信号调理电路进行了实验。实验证明,该电路有很高的精度和可靠性,具有很好的可移植性。

Based on the analysis of analog signal circuit of Position Sensitive Detector, a method is proposed, which is exchanging the arithmetic operation with the software program in signal processing circuit. The results of a few experiments indicate that the circuit has improved precision and reliability and portability.
