重新评价经皮扩张气管切开术在外科危重患者中的应用 被引量：65

摘要 气管切开术是危重病患者的重要救治手段，选择何种气管切开手术方式很可能会影响治疗效果和预后。随着经皮扩张气管切开术（PDT）的广泛应用，会出现相关并发症的弊端已经显现，有必要重新评价PDT和开放性气管切开术（OT）在临床应用的价值。
