摘要 学术辩论对于辨明学术发展进程中某些有争议的问题，是非常重要的一种学术交流形式。在中华医学会重症医学分会全国重症医学学术会议上，专家们就急性呼吸衰竭患者是否适用于无创机械通气进行了辩论，本刊以CCCM论坛的形式将其发表，希望能引起大家热烈的讨论。
