摘要
工程项目的成本管理是一项系统工程。根据工程项目成本管理的相关理念,分析了工程项目的成本控制,即要抓好事前控制、事中控制和事后控制;正确处理工期、质量与成本的关系,以达到降低成本的目的。
Cost management was a systematic project of project items. According to the relative idea about cost management, cost controlling was analyzed in this paper. Before, during and after controlling should be emphasized. When the relationship of project time, quality and cost was managed correctly, reducing cost would be reached.
