摘要
介绍了电热法张拉钢筋的工艺流程。叙述了钢筋选择和检验所需的电热设备、模拟张拉实验、预应力钢筋的制作等。以江西小溪实验桥电热张拉法的工程成功实践为例,证明该方法简单,张拉方便灵活,可广泛应用于具体工程中。
The technique process of the electrothermal method tensioning reinforcement was introduced in this paper. Several factors were put forward including the choice of reinforcement, ne- cessary electrothermal equipment, simulation test and prestress reinforcement. With the success of the XiaoXi Bridge for background, through analysising and summarizing this experiment, it has applied an electrothermal method to carry on prestress technology, and testified that this method is simple, agile and can be used in practice widely.
