摘要
叶轮机械的叶轮系统是典型的非线性多振子系统,其各组件的振动均具有耦合性,包括叶片流固耦合。利用关联维对风机五个工况叶轮轴向振动信号和叶轮出口气动信号量化结果发现:二者信号关联维曲线的走向一致,即双方信号整体结构变化具有一致性、互体现性。证明了利用叶轮机械的耦合振动信号对之进行监测具有可行性。
The impeller system of the turbo machinery is the typical non-linearmulti-vibrator system, the vibration of each subassembly all has cou-pling properties, which includes the fluid-solid coupling of the blade.The paper quantifies the impeller axial vibration signal and outletpneumatic signal under five different working conditions with corre-lation dimension, the result shows that the correlation dimension curveof the two signals has the same trend, that is, the whole structuralvariation of the two signals has consistency and embodiment. It provesthat it is feasible to monitor the working state of turbo machinery withthe coupling vibration signal of the turbo machinery.
