摘要
针对产品概念设计阶段设计信息的不精确性,利用设计者的偏好对其进行描述,考虑到性能之间的补偿关系,应用准线性聚合函数求取整体偏好,建立了基于偏好的稳健设计方法。将该方法应用到矿用汽车转向机构的设计方案评价中,可得到分布均匀的Pareto解;利用无关点法可选取到最优设计解。
Preference of designers can be applied to deal with the imperious infoexist in the product concept design stage. Considering the compensa-tion relationship among the product performance, the overall prefer-ence can be obtained by quasi-linear aggregation function, and therobust design approach is built based on the preference. The approachis applied to the evaluate the designing scheme of the steering mecha-nism of truck, the evenly distributed Pareto solutions can be gotten,and the optimal designing solution be achieved by indifference point approach.
