摘要 介绍了油尼龙与铜钉板的复合加工工艺,详细叙述了复合过程中的关键步骤及其决定影响因素。从实验中知油尼龙的制备与复合烧结温度是实验成败的决定因素。同时以滑道为例介绍了此钉板型复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。实验结果表明此种材料承载能力高,摩擦系数和磨损量低,对泥沙的包容性强,非常适用于要求重载低摩而又水质浑浊的场合。 The paper introduces the composing technology of oil-cast nylon andcopper nail-bed, detailedly narrates the key step in the composingcourse and the influence factors. The experiment shows that the prepa-ration of oil-cast nylon and sintered temperature in the composingcourse are the decisive factors for the experiment success. Meanwhile,the slideway serving as the example, it introduces the friction andabrasion performance of the composite material. The experimentalresult shows that this material process the advantage of high carryingcapacity, low friction coefficient, low wearing capacity and strongtolerance to silt, which greatly fit to the situation where over loadingand low friction are required, but water quality is feculent.
