自体骨髓移植后血清中IL6活性的实验研究

Expetimental study on the activity of interleukin-6 in the sera of peripheral blood after autologous bone marrow transplantation

应用IL6依赖细胞（B9）增殖MTT比色分析，研究5例自体骨髓移植患者血清中IL6活性。处于完全缓解期的急性粒细胞往白血病患者血清IL6活性显著高于正常成人组（P＜0．001）。骨髓移植后零天、9～10d和21dIL6活性明显高于骨髓移植前（P＜0．001～0．005），其中以9～10d最高，但骨髓移植后35dIL6活性与移植前无显著性差别（P＜0．05）。同时检测T细胞和NK细胞总数，骨髓移植后明显下降，其T细胞亚群CD4／CD8比值升高。结果提示，外周血清中IL6活性反应了自体骨髓移植后骨髓损伤的程度，IL6活性检测可作为骨髓移植后骨髓造血功能恢复的指标。

We have studied the activity of interleukin - 6 (IL - 6)in the sera collected from five patients after autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) with the MTT colorimeter analysis on the cells of B9 Be fore ABMT, the activty of IL-6 of the patients suffered from acute non-lymphocytic leukeamia was higher than that of the normal sera of peipheral blood (P<0. 001). The activites of IL- 6 on 0 day 9- 10 days or 21days be fore ABMT were higher than those after ABMT(P<0. 001 -0. 005) and that on 9- 10days was highest. However, the avtivity on 35 days after ABMT was similar with that before. ABMT(P>0. 05 ). Meanwhile, the total numbers of T lymphocyte and NK cell in the peripheral bIood were decreased obviously affer ABMT and the percentage of subtype of T lymphocyte CD' and CD, (CD4/CD8)was increased. The results showed that theactivity of IL- 6 in the sera of peripheral blood could suggested the degree of damaged bone and be considered as the datume of restiuting the hematopoietic fanction after ABMT.
