超氧化物岐化酶对兔烫伤疤痕影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于氧自由基在烧烫伤疤痕组织中含量明显高于正常皮肤组织及氧自由基在胶原合成中起重要作用这一机理,我们将超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)试用于兔Ⅱ~Ⅲ度烫伤创面,结果表明,SOD可有效清除创面疤痕组织内的氧自由基(用丙二醛──MDA检测证实),烫伤后24dSOD组在疤痕厚度、病理切片、电镜检查等方面均与对照组有明显差别.前者可见疤痕软、较薄,病理及电镜提示胶原合成远不及对照组旺盛,疤痕组织较成熟.实验证明局部应用SOD可减轻兔烫伤创面的疤痕形成。 The superoxide dismatase (SOD) were used on wound of scalded rabbits. The results were observed that SOD could eliminate superoxide anion radical in woud of scald or burn.On 24th day after rabbits were scalded, wound that were used by SOD have riper and thinner scar then the control grouad. The accumulate a huge amount of collagen was discorered in histagical sections and electron microscope. The scar formation could be lessen by local use of SOD in the scald wound.
