麻风家内接触者血清β_2微球蛋白检测

Aetection of Beta-2 Micloglobulin in Sera from Household Contacts of Leprosy Patients

用放射免疫检测法（RIA）对麻风家内接触者（HC）的血清进行了β2微球蛋白（β2M）的测定。28例HC的血清β2M为2376．4±514．1μg／L（x±s）．26例健康对照者为1954．7±355．1μg／L，（x±s）。RIA的平均批内变异系数（CV）为7．4％，批间CV为11．7％。结果表明麻风接触者的血清β2升高，在麻风接触者和健康人之间有极显著差异（P＜0．01）。

We report the result of dectecting beta-2 microglobulin with radioimmunoassay in serum from household contacts(HC) of leprisy patients. The serum beta-2 microglobulin of 28 cases of the HC is 2376.4±514.1μg/L(x±s) and 26 cases of normal subject is 1954. 7±355.1μg/L (x±s). The radioimmunoassay has a mean within-assay CV of 7. 4 % and between-assay CV of 11. 7 %. The result indicates the levels of beta-2 microglogulin in serum of leprosy closed contacts is raised, the difference between the HC and the normal subject is significant (P<0.01).
