血液透析动—静脉内瘘63例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 63 cases with arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis

报道63例尿毒症患者制作血液透析动—静脉内瘘。60例手术成功（95．2％），3例失败。失败原因1例术中吻合处渗血加固缝合致狭窄，2例术后低血压血栓形成闭塞。认为提高手术成功率和延长动—静脉内瘘使用寿命关键在手术前仔细选择血管，术中精心吻合，术后细心护理和严密监测。

63 patients with uremia operated on artcriovenous fistula. hemodialysis 60 cases at operation were successful (95. 2 % ). 3 cases were failure. one case wich cause of failure was stenosis with consolidatory suture to stop blooding in operation. The other two cases were thromboembolism due to hypotension after operation. careful selection of blond vessel before operation, elaboration in operation,careful protection and monitor after operation are keys which raise successful rate and lengthen of usage. time.
