摘要
在研究国外基础设施发展理论的基础上,分析比较了国外基础设施发展模式,总结了我国基础设施发展的经验和教训,提出了适合我国国情的基础设施发展方式。
Based on the study of the theories of infrastructure development, this article analyzes the mode of infrastructure development of foreign eontries,it also draws a conclusion to experience and lessons of our native infrastructure developmen. Then it put forward to infrastructure development mode that is fit for our country.
