摘要
就施工企业如何加强施工合同管理的问题,从施工企业应全员普及合同法制教育、设立专门合同管理机构、培养专职合同管理人才、推行合同评审制度等方面对其进行了阐述,以提高企业管理水平,提高投资的经济效益。
According to construction contract management problems, from carrying out education of contract law in staff, setting specisl management department, training personnel in contract management and other aspects construction contract management is discussed in order to improve contract management level to increase economic returns of investment.
