摘要
结合工程投标中标经验,阐述了投标施工组织设计的重要性,介绍了投标施工组织设计的编制原则及特点,论述了其编制的内容及要点,以充分发挥投标施工组织设计在工程招投标工作中的作用。
Combined with experience in project bidding the importance of tender construction management plan is elaborated. Based upon introduction of preparation principle and features of tender construction organization design concrete contents and key points are discussed in order to exert the functions of construction organization design in bidding.
