简述了工程项目设计对于投资控制的重要意义,从可行性研究报告的学习、设计人员的素质、限额设计、法律法规的完善等方面介绍了在设计中有效控制项目投资的措施,对于实际工作具有一定的指导作用。
The significance of engineering project design to investment control is briefly introduced. From study of feasibility report, quality of desisners, cost limited design, law and regulation and other aspects effective investment control measures are proposed, which has a certain reference value for practice.
