葛根素静脉输注治疗冠心病

Intravenous infusions of puerarin treating coronary disease

目的：观察葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及其安全性。方法：采用随机双盲对照法分为治疗组３０例（男性１１例，女性１９例，年龄６２±ｓ１１ａ），对照组２０例（男性１２例，女性８例，年龄６６±１２ａ），治疗组以葛根素注射液３００ｍｇ（对照组仅为该注射液的溶剂）加于５％葡萄糖液５００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，ｑｄ，１０ｄ为一个疗程。结果：治疗组对症状的总有效率９７％，心电图总有效率６０％，高于对照组的４５％，３０％，（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组并有降低血液粘度、血小板聚集率和改善左室舒张功能的作用，而对照组则无上述效应，２组均未见显著不良反应。结论：葛根素注射液是一种安全有效的抗心肌缺血药物。

AIM:To observe the efficacy and safety of iv,drip of puerarin in the treatment of angina pectoris. METHODS:Fifty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group (M 11,F 19;age62±s11 a) and control group (M 12,F8;age66± 12 a) by double-blind method.The treatment group was treated with puerarin 300 mg,while the control group was treated with placebo(solvent of puerarin) ,in 5% glucose 500 mL for iv,drip,qd ×10 d.RESULTS:The clinical and ECG total effective rates of treatment group were 97% and 60%,and those of the control group were 45% and 30%,respectively( P<0.01,P<0.05).Puerarin reduced blood viscosity,diminished platelet aggregating rate,and improved left ventricular diastolic function,No similar effects were found in the control group.There were no marked adverse reactions. CONCLUSION:Puerarin is a safe and effective drug.
