摘要
国有商业银行员工的工作倦怠直接影响到其身心健康,使其工作和情绪受到损耗,并成为员工流失以及银行效益难以提升的重要因素。本文应用工作倦怠量表对国有商业银行员工进行调查分析,结果显示,55.32%的被调查者已经出现不同程度的工作倦怠,其中16.17%的被调查者属于高度工作倦怠型,39.15%的被调查者属于中度工作倦怠型。虽然总体情况并不特别严重,但仍应引起足够的重视,避免部分员工将工作倦怠的消极状态“传染”整个组织。为此,国有商业银行应采取包括胜任力测评模型、员工援助计划在内的一系列有针对性的措施,切实提高员工的工作生活满意度,从而进一步提升国有商业银行经营业绩。
Job burnout in state-owned commercial banks directly damages their physical and mental health, causing employeedrain and keeping banking profit from rising. This paper based on a questionnaire on job burnout in state-owned commercial banks discovers that 55.32% of the surveyed display certain degree of burnout, 16.17% belong to high burnout group and 39.15% to medium burnout group. Although the overall situation is not too bad, adequate attention should be paid to checking burnout among some employees from infecting the whole organization. So state-owned commercial banks should take a series of effective measures including competency evaluation model and employee assistance plan to enhance the satisfaction of employees with life and work and improve the performance of state-owned commercial banks.
