The manufacturing industry still plays a leading role in the speedy development of western coast economical zone of Taiwan Straits as the optical-electronic-machinery integration is the key to upgrading the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. This article analyses the current situation of optical-electronic-machinery integration and its role in developing the manufacturing industry and puts forward the main strategies of its development.
