摘要
用OM、XRD、SEM、EDAX等对经不同制备工艺获得的AlTiB和新型AlTiBRE中间合金细化剂进行了微观组织的观察分析比较。结果表明:Al5TiBRE中间合金中细化相主要为TiAl3和TiB2,还存在着不稳定的(AlTiRE)相;Al5TiBRE中间合金中细化相质点的分布形态优于Al3TiBRE中间合金;氟盐法所制备的Al5TiBRE中间合金中细化相的分布更为均匀弥散与细小,优于纯Ti粉颗粒法制备的Al5TiBRE中间合金的组织。
The microstructure of AlTiB refiner and a new type of AlTiBRe master alloy refiner are studied and compared by the application of OM, XRD, SEM and EDAX. The result indicates that TiAl3 and TiB2 are the main refined metallography in Al5TiBRE master alloy, including erratic AlTi- RE metallography; that the distributed conformation of the refined metallography particles of Al5TiBRE master alloy is better than that of Al3TiBRE master alloy, and the distribution of Al5TiBRE master alloy made by complex halide salts with molten aluminum is well-proportioned ,dispersed, exiguous and better than that of Al5TiBRE master alloy refined by pure Ti particles.
