摘要
本文对71例形态学(Morphology)诊断为急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)的初发患者骨髓标本同时进行了免疫学(Immunology)、细胞遗传学(Cytogenetics)和分子生物学(Molecularbiology)(简称MICM)的分型研究。典型的APL免疫学粒细胞抗体中CD33、CD13有很高的表达;染色体核型为t(15;17)(q22;q11~21);RT/PCR检测可见PML/RARα融合基因。这种APL占本组病例的95.8%。另二例有其他的染色体易位和基因的异常。提示APL是不均一性疾病。
Bone marrow samples from 71 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) were studied for their morphology, immunology, cytogenetics and molecular biology(MICM). The result showed that there were CD33, CD13 high expression, chromosomal translocation t(15;17) (q22; q11-21) and PML/RARa fusion gene in 69 of the 71 cases. The two remaining cases were found atypical chromosomal translocation and gene heterogeneity. These studies suggested that APL is not a homogenous disease.
