The application of the red cell index to the quality management of the blood analyzer

本文初步探讨了红细胞指数在血液分析仪质控中的应用（即浮动均值分析法，又名ＸＢ分析法）。本室所建立的ＸＢ分析参考值，与国际通行推荐值相一致。该法在每日质控中与全血质控物起着互补作用。具有实用、简便、经济等优点，值得在国内推广应用。

The red cell index was applied to the quality management of the blood analyzer.The method of moving average or XB was used. The reference of XB method which we established was the same as that of various reports. XB method had a complementary effect with the daily control by using the whole blood controls.It was practical, simple and economic.
