为了更好地满足住户的居住需要,从地域赋予价值、生态环境布置、空间及室内的布局设计、配套设施和物业管理等方面对提高住宅社区品位的因素进行了分析阐述,最终使居住品质得到优化。
To suit the resident s requirement to the residence better, it analyses and elaborates the factors of raising the grade of residence from many aspects such as area value, layout of environment, space and indoor design, sets of establishments and district managing team, etc. Finally it optimizes the residential quality.
