分析了政府投资工程合同管理的现状及存在的问题,并总结了存在问题的主要原因,从网络建设、管理体系、管理运作模式等方面介绍了政府投资建设工程的有效合同管理措施,从而推动社会经济的和谐发展。

Present contract management situations of govemment project and problems existed is introduced. Based upon analysis of reasons caused those problems effective contract management measures are proposed from network oonstruction, management system, management pattern and other aspects in order to promote harmonious development of society and eoonomy.
