It illustrates the new challenges of human resources management faced by state-owned enterprises, analyzes the main gap between nowadays state-owned enterprise and overseas enterprises in the development and management of human recourses, and probes that the oore of enterprise management lies in the development and management of human resources, in order to promote rapid and sustainable development of enterprise.
